Central Command is a Global Peacekeeping Security Force and Global Corps of Engineers, fully sanctioned by the Congress of the Federated Provinces of Earth. CentComm was founded in the year 2033, framed in Section 1Provision 3 of the Constitution of the Federated Provinces and instituted upon its ratification.

It was designed to be the functional arm of the legislative body and reports directly to the Commander in Chief, Chancellor of the Congress. In the years since its founding, CentComm has gone on to rebuild much of the infrastructure of our civilization after the fall, while maintaining an orderly and secure society.
